Pulling 225 up from a rack pull like it was nothing. I’ve pulled this before with a lot of struggling. Tried pulling this two weeks ago after a full workout session and completely failed. Last night, it came off the rack like easier than it ever has before. It’s ok to fail, it’s ok to fail more than once even, what’s most important is that we keep trying. Progress is on the other side of consistency!!!! 💪

Superset, pull-ups right into push-ups: Working on those wide grips 💪 And push ups. I’ve been trying to take a slight pause in between each rep, focusing on using more chest muscles on the up drag. This is honestly exhausting. 😮‍💨 Also one of the risks of recording in a public gym, if they don’t see your camera they could potentially walk right in front of it. He saw it at the last minute and diverted, his hot step away from the camera was kinda funny, and i lost my momentum from pausing to laugh.
