As 2024 comes to a close, Iโ€™m feeling sooo grateful for the challenges this year brought. I pushed my limits, hit new personal records, and kept a great balance of hard work and recovery. But the real highlight? Having you guys along for the ride!! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ

This year wasnโ€™t perfect, but every step forward has made us stronger. Iโ€™m excited for what 2025 holds. I donโ€™t know about you guys but stress definitely plays a huge part in my life and i feel like im just running on empty sometimes!! A good new yearโ€™s resolution we can share is to remember to take โ€œmeโ€ time and prioritize massages, weather is a massage chair, a professional massage, a facial, or meditation, even doing things that bring me more peace. It is a big goal of mine to prioritize the little things this year that will hopefully in turn help me to achieve the big ones! ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’™
