✨ Fitness Fun! ✨ Kinda long, maybe kinda boring. Definitely a less polished version of me lol. Just an example of some of the stuff I like to do to stay fit. I worked on some arm balances and flexibility (after a solid core workout I didn’t bother recording). I love fitness that doesn’t require equipment. It feels like playing! If you like stuff like this maybe I’ll do some other workout vids that are framed better and where I don’t look like a hot mess 😝
