The past week has been one of the hardest in a long time. Personal thangs in my life bringing up a lot of inner ch!ld wounds and making me face them front on- a lot of emotions, a lot of tears, a lot of doubts, a lot of anger, sadness- all encompassing.

To add ontop of this- I had planned this air bnb creation week a month ago and the timing- although AMAZING to get away from life for a bit- also has made me anxious as I had so much planned to create and I’ve just not been feeling up for it.

I’m tossing up between self love & patience VS feeling so heavily frustrated at myself & disappointed that I can’t achieve all that I set out to this week.

This morning... after lots of tears last night I woke up early and decided to love on myself slowly. I showered with intentions, I danced in my room and then took myself out on a brekkie date. I didn’t create all the content I wanted to or planned to do, and yes I still feel guilt for that, but also- I can’t give if my glass is empty... right? 😌💗
