Sometimes we get so bogged down in our daily responsibilities that we forget to enjoy the beauty of life. We are like zombies. Look up and take the headphones out of your ears. Say "hello" to someone you see. Give someone a hug if you feel like the person is in pain. Help someone. Every day should be lived as if it were your last. do you share your worries with somebody else?
