Added 2021-08-12 02:38:10 +0000 UTCOk, the thumbnails for these stretches are my favorite of today's xD The second one looks like I'm in pain and I'm the one causing it, and the last one looks like I'm trying to hold myself up while falling asleep haha. Anyways, onto the stretches! I wanted to continue the theme of working out in a chair, and I was kind of surprised to find a lot. Some go very well with rolling chairs; others would be best to use a stationary one. I went with the rolling ones since that's what I have to use. I show 3 stretches: shoulder shrugs, forearm stretch, seated lateral/neck stretch. Now stretches are a bit different from exercises in that you can mainly just hold a position for most of them. If you're doing reps with stretches, I would say to make each rep last at least 10 seconds each and go as far as you can hold it. If you're going for a 1 long stretch, do it for at least 30 seconds. That's pretty much it for stretches. I love them the most because they're easier to do anywhere and anytime without the need for weights at all. I hope you had a pretty good workout with me today!
