


It's Workout Wednesday! I wanted to use the new kettlebell I got, but so far with just 1 huge kettlebell, I've only learned I can do kettlebell swings and squats lolz. I am not strong enough yet to do any of the other exercises because this mofo is heavy af! And now reading up on stuffs, I'm apparently supposed to start with 2 smaller weights as a beginner. Mayyybe I shouldn't have bought this one that someone had recommended for me. When I first bought it, I thought I was getting a 10-pound weight, not a 10kg one!
