Being strong all the time is not necessary - we need strength for weakness, for asking, for trust. After all, if a person can't accept our vulnerabilities, if it's hard for them to support us when we need it, maybe they're not the right person to move on with.
Intimacy is about mutual “for him and for you”, about the joy in being able to open up and be accepted. Real support is when both are happy to be there for each other ❤️
