I had internet on a cell phone, but not on my laptop. I tried to restart everything and again and again. Then I called the service hotline, they did a complete reset from outside and they asked me to connect via cable to the router and start the team viewer. The guy said something from channels and such a stuff. I don't care I only want my INTERNET to work 😜💋 . Now it works fine again! Yesterday I had some really trouble.
