Comparing Negative Underwear's Whipped Mini Shorts (gray - $65) to Forever21's knock-offs (white - $12). I'll admit Negative Underwear's Whipped collection is incredibly soft and lightweight, however that being said, I feel the fabric and elastic won't be holding up for long. Forever21's knock-off's were a little more stiff, so slightly less cozy yet likely sturdier.
