



Today I got back on the mat to move my body✨ I've been neglecting to do this lately due to the holidays and a dramatic change in my schedule. But rather than continuing to dwell on what I’m NOT doing, I decided to refocus that energy and do something about it. That initial step was the hardest part of my workout! I gave myself time on the mat to stretch, breathe, and reconnect to my body.. and I feel SO good 💫 It’s easy to fall out of routine when life changes, especially this past year shoutout 2020 😅 But more importantly, it’s as simple as making a conscious decision to start again and create a new, even better routine. Whatever you’re facing, remember you are in control! Do something to give back to yourself. Whatever it is, do it with intention and gratitude. You are worth it! Love you all 💛💛 Summer 🔅
