Sit down, close your eyes and give yourself a hug. say a few, or even more, nice words to yourself. praise yourself. give yourself love. be gentle with yourself. talk about your day, how you felt, thank yourself for what you did or didn't do. Maybe by the next time you will realize that you don't need it, or maybe you will reinforce your desire and do it. channel all the love you give to others into yourself. sometimes it is very important to be focused not on the world, but on yourself. It sounds rather trite, but that's usually what we need.
