Unfortunately I didn’t get the house I submitted an offer for because they got an astounding 20 something other offers also so they went with the best one but that’s okay! I was drinking my morning coffee ☕️ yesterday and thought I’ll have another Squizzy online and a cute block of land popped up for sale. I did some research ie ( council stuff, insurance covers and soil testing etc) drove out there today like a lunatic and fell in love with it. An offer has been placed and as far as I know it’s between myself and one other buyer. They have informed me the seller will let them know at some point tomorrow so keep all your fingers and toes crossed for me and like this post for goodluck 🍀🫶💖🤞
