BACK/ABS deadlifts- 4 x 15,15,12,10 tbar row- 4 x 12 1 arm db rows- 4 x 15,12,10,8 bent over rows- 4 x 8 crunches superset leg raises - 3 x 20 30 minutes HIIT.
