DAY 4: HAMSTRINGS/GLUTES/CALVES *Walking lunges ( bodyweight ) - 3 x 10 steps each leg *Standing single leg curl - 3 x 15 each leg *Leg press ( feet wide and high ) - 4 x 10-12 *Glute cable kickbacks - 3 x 15 each leg *Seated calf raise - 3 x 10 ( heavy )
