Put in that pull day and kill it for me! 😤😘❤️💪🏼 DAY 4: BACK/BICEPS/ABS (pull day) *Lat pulldowns - 4 x 20,15,12,10 *Smith machine bent over rows - 4 x 15,12,10,8 *1 arm cable rows superset cable pullovers - 4 x 15 each *T-bar rows - 4 x 10 *Hyper extensions ( low back ) - 3 x 15 *Machine preacher curls - 3 x 25-30 ( last set double drop set ) *Rope crunches - 3 x failure (until you almost start to cramp in abdomen)
