A pole for home practice (usually 150-200) Knee pads (15-20$) A few pairs of strong heels ! I have a pair on the way, but I’d like a few pairs to match outfits 💌 (anywhere from 25$-100$) My pole dancing lessons are 22$!:) I go once a week They offer an extra hour of twerking practice for another 22$ 😂👀🫣 If anyone at all would be interested in helping me on my pole dancing journey , let me know!
