Added 2024-04-03 20:09:35 +0000 UTCMy work is rooted in helping clients understand the interconnection of the mind, body and spirit and how when we hold more understanding, we have more control of our lives Our body and nervous system holds our entire life experience Whatever we have had to suppress and what we have not processed in life, holds itself in the body and shows up in the physical through: - illness -zoning out / disconnect -addiction -lack of ability to focus -emotional reactivity -chronic pain / tension -porn addiction / chronic masturbation and more Connecting with our body and nervous system helps us understand what our body is holding and how to best support it in feeling safe to process it and release it Working 1:1 with clients we look at childhood and pair it into how our body responds to stimuli today Some of us shut down more Some of us disconnect more Some of us fight more Some of us run away more Everything is interconnected
