I hope to inspire by sharing personal stories with you. I will focus on a new country/region per month. This month, we will start off on the island of Sicily...a southern region of Italy. It's filled with ancient Roman ruins, beautiful beaches, and the best Italian desserts I've ever had. My trip was from May 2022 (for about 3 weeks). Here I was..enjoying a gelato under the hot sun in the medieval town of Erice. I definitely like to lick my gelato, anywhere, anytime. 😋
