I spent a good chunk of time in Chiangmai in the north and absolutely loved it. They have a representative dish called Khao Soi noodle dish. It's rich and flavorful. Highly recommend if you ever get a chance to visit! Here is a video clip of a local Thai restaurant that happened to have this dish...of course I had to get it to revisit some fond memories of the past. 🤤🤤😊😊
