Added 2024-07-19 13:12:20 +0000 UTCI can’t lie, I’ve not posted as much as I used to as I’m struggling a bit to feel really good about myself at the moment. I’m feeling a little deflated and in recent months due to a medication change I’d noticeably gained weight. I’ve also been dealing with some stuff in regard to my MH recovery which has also caused my confidence to drop. Hopefully I will be back on top of it soon and posting more frequently.
