Figured I’d share the info here as well. Caffeine is a Vaso constrictor…meaning it constructs your vascular system. If I know I’m about to fuck, i will Take some non-stim pre workout, (L-citrulline, niacin) something without caffeine. I want blow flowing everywhere.
