Recipe below ⬇️ White Chocolate peppermint cookies 🍪 4oz white chocolate chips 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour 2/3 cup crushed candy cane 1) Preheat oven to 350. 2) Mix butter, sugar, baking powder and salt with electric mixer 3) Add eggs & vanilla 4) Mix in flour 5) Mix chocolate chips and candy cane in with wooden spoon 6) Use a small cookie scoop to drop dough 2 inches apart on cookie sheet 7) Bake for 8-10 mins or until cookies are light brown on the edges
