Did you miss me?๐ Long text coming!๐ Sooo so sorry for the late post๐ Things escalated a bit in normal life so I had to take care of a lot of business and had very little time left over the last few weeks๐ I'm sooo happy for the ones that still stayed!๐๐ But during this time I have still been going to the gym and hitting PRs so I haven't lost track of that๐ I think everything is in a better place now so I should be able to come back to daily content creating and I have a plan to include some more content regarding my diet and training the next months. Starting today with my lovely meal prep and a picture of the finished gym. It's finally ready! Will most likely buy more handles etc later on.๐ฅฐ
