Hey guys, I just wanted to share a bit about my journey into the world of DJing. 🎧
It all started when I first stepped into a studio, super excited but completely clueless. Let me tell you, it was a struggle! I couldn’t get anything right, and I was so frustrated. But I didn’t give up. I decided to take a proper course and slowly started getting the hang of things. I was thrilled to finally be mixing tracks without messing up 🥰
But then came another challenge—no equipment. I didn’t have my own gear, so I had to keep renting studio time, which was a pain. Fast forward a bit, and I moved to another country, where I thought I could start fresh. But I ran into this DJ who gave me some tough feedback. It made me question myself a little, but I quickly realized that everyone makes mistakes when they’re just starting out—it’s part of the process.
I wasn’t going to let one experience get to me. I kept practicing whenever I could, even without my own setup. And guess what? I finally saved up enough to buy my very own DJ controller! No more renting studios; I can practice as much as I want right at home. It feels like such a big step, and I’m so excited to keep improving.
If you’re starting something new and feeling uncertain or scared, just know that it’s completely normal. The most important thing is to keep moving forward, because when we take action, those fears start to fade away💪
