Trying to force me onto night shift knowing damn well I can't because of my kiddos😮💨 but if I don't take it, there are no spots on days for my level.. so they say I may have to take a step down which would mean a pay decrease, which I cannot afford. If they don't figure something out by this coming week.. im gonna time out, let them fire me and collect unemployment. 6 years in this company might go down the drain all because a regional manager doesn't know how to manage labor costs.
