It’s time for me to weigh in again and I’m looking forward to tracking my progress with you. It’s not enough to just weigh in though. I needed to make sure I’m holding myself accountable for my gains, so I funnel fed myself some melted ice cream and a protein shake. I love the way it sloshes in my bloated belly and I loved seeing instant results. In this video I talk about my struggles and my successes with gaining, where I’m currently at, and what my new gaining goals are.
